| On this page, you need to enter the name of the dial-up, which in this case will be 'panda'. Click 'Next'. |  |
| We are nearly there! Now enter the telephone number your modem needs to dial to get onto the internet. The number you need is 08456653000. Then click 'Next'. |  |
| The username you need is tacticalpanda, and the password is password. Notice how you have to repeat this password entry to make sure you have got it right!
Please ensure that the 'tick box' labelled 'Make this the default internet connection' is un-ticked, otherwise once your broadband is back on again, the computer will still use this connection to try and go online - more about that later. |

| That's it! All you have to do now is make sure the tick-box has a tick in it where it says 'Add a shortcut...', then click 'Finish'. |  |
Once your internet connection has been restored, or you return home with your laptop and you want to go back onto the broadband internet, you may have to make a small adjustment.
To make sure that the broadband internet access works okay, click:
- Start
- Control Panel
- Internet Options
- Connections
- Ensure 'Dial whenever a network connection is not present' is ticked.
- Click 'Apply' - 'OK'.
