Terms of Use

• Throughout the Terms of Use listed here (and elsewhere), the terms/names 'Tactical Panda', Tactical Panda IT Services', 'website', 'we' and 'us' are deemed to mean the same thing. By reference to the 'Seller', this is the person offering the goods for sale and has placed the advert on the website. The 'purchaser', or 'potential purchaser' is deemed to mean the person who is answering the advert.
• The item(s) to be listed must be of an ICT (computer) nature - we will not list item(s) not directly related to the operation of a home or commerical computer.
• The item(s) you are selling or giving away MUST WORK - please do not use this free facility to get rid of junk that is of no use to a potential purchaser. Unless otherwise agreed, we will not list items that are no longer supported, for example, a computer that is running Windows 95 is of no use to anyone except a museum!
• Tactical Panda IT Services reserves the right not to list an item without stating a reason, and will not enter into any negotiation or discussion on this matter.
• Tactical Panda IT Services makes no guarantees, warranty or recommendations to any listing. We offer this service as a help to our customers and website visitors only, and no inference as to the validity of any of the listings is implied or suggested.
• Please inform us as soon as possible if the item(s) is sold so that we can remove it from the website.
• Tactical Panda will only publish your first name and a telephone/contact number so any potential buyer will contact you directly.
• Tactical Panda will not act as an intermediary in the event of any default, claim or dispute, however caused, resulting from the placing of, or answering of, an advertisement on the website, either directly or indirectly.
• It is the responsibility of the seller and any potential purchaser to organise and adminster any delivery, payment etc. of the item(s) advertised.
• Tactical Panda accepts no commission or payment for the use of this facility.
• Sellers: Some of your personal details listed on the application form (e.g. e.Mail address) will not be published, but are for our records so we can contact you. Our usual Privacy Policy applies.
• By asking us to publish your advert and by using this facility, it is assumed that you have read and accepted the Terms of Use.
• Photographs or images shown above may be used for illustative purposes, and as a result may not depict an exact likeness of the item for sale.
• Items offered for delivery (marked *) can be delivered to your location anywhere in the North Devon and North Cornwall area for an additional fee (as shown). Please note that delivery does not include setting up the computer, or any additional hardware/software etc.
